Michael Sierra

Michael Sierra is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in school safety and security. Currently serving as a Senior Master Peace Officer and Training Officer at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since 2016, Michael oversees security operations for a large high school and has developed strategic plans in collaboration with neighboring schools to address safety concerns. Previous roles include serving as a Police Sergeant and Special Response Team Leader for the City of West University Place, where Michael managed department operations and spearheaded the city's first Special Response Team. Early career experience includes positions as a Police Officer in the Houston Independent School District and a Communications Equipment Operator in the United States Marine Corps, where Michael received several commendations. Michael is pursuing a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling at Lamar University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in International Business from Berkeley College.
