Christy Khattab

Christy Khattab has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they have been serving as the Marketing Director at Cowgirl Creamery since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cypress Grove, where they held the positions of Deputy Managing Director and Marketing Director, starting in 2018 and 2015 respectively.

Before their roles in the food industry, Christy worked at Humboldt State University, where they served as the Director of Alumni and Engagement from 2013 to 2015. Christy was responsible for re-branding, marketing, management, and implementation of the membership program, as well as strategic planning for the Humboldt State Association. Christy also held the position of Program Coordinator for Alumni Relations from 2012 to 2013.
