Rachel Viss

Rachel Viss is the Managing Director of Delivery & Resource Management at Cypress HCM. Rachel has been with the company since February 2020 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were the Recruiting Director at Cypress HCM for two years. Rachel has also been with Cypress HCM as a Recruiting Manager since August 2016. In this role, they managed a team of recruiters while still exceeding their own personal GP goals. In 2019, they exceeded their GP goal by 188%. Rachel has experience with goal setting, career development, and performance management for team members. Rachel has also driven recruiting efforts in a high volume, high hiring bar environment.

Rachel Viss has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico.
