Marissa Disla

Marissa Disla currently serves as the Division Director for College Success Programs at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Jones Hollow Realty Group Inc. Marissa co-founded Let’s Heal Inc., focusing on restorative practices to facilitate discussions around anxiety, workplace stress, and self-care. Previous experience includes Program Director and College Advisor at Good Shepherd Services, where Marissa developed leadership and college preparation programs for high school students in East New York. Marissa also worked in various roles in higher education, including a Graduate Intern at North Carolina College Advising Corps and held leadership positions during graduate studies at North Carolina State University and SUNY College at Old Westbury. Marissa holds a master's degree in Higher Education Administration and bachelor's degrees in American Studies with a minor in Gender Studies.
