Rhonda Klatik

Rhonda Klatik has extensive experience in corporate strategy, planning, and leadership roles. Rhonda worked as the Head of Corporate Strategy & Planning at Cypress Hills Partners from 2018 onwards. In this role, they led a team of professionals and was responsible for developing and implementing corporate objectives to drive revenue growth. Rhonda also provided executive advice and guidance in areas such as marketing, social media, investor relations, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Cypress Hills Partners, Rhonda worked as a Strategic Consultant & Investor for various small and medium-sized enterprises from 2015 to 2017.

From 2001 to 2014, Rhonda held various leadership positions at Sentry Investments. Rhonda served as the Vice President, National Sales & Managing Director from 2009 to 2014, where they played a key role in developing and executing the national sales strategy and driving significant growth of the firm.

Before joining Sentry Investments, Rhonda worked at Dynamic Funds as the Regional Vice President of Sales from 1998 to 2001.

Rhonda Klatik completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at the University of Saskatchewan from 1987 to 1992. Rhonda then pursued a Certified Life Skills Counsellor Certificate at Rhodes Wellness College, completing their studies in 2001.

In 2021, Rhonda obtained a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner (CEIP) certification from the Emotional Intelligence Training Company. Rhonda'sfield of study focused on EQ-i 2.0/EQ-360 2.0 Certification.

During the same year, they also gained expertise as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist from The Grief Recovery Institute, specializing in the Grief Recovery Method.

Currently, Rhonda is in progress to obtain the Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) designation from the International Association of Facilitators.
