Trevor Estes

Trevor Estes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in naval aviation and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director for IW and Naval Aviation Programs at Cypress International, Inc. since May 2021, Trevor previously held significant command roles in the US Navy, including Commander and Deputy Commander of Carrier Air Wing THREE, where Trevor translated US strategic vision into actionable operations and built a cohesive combat-ready team. Trevor's career includes managing aviation operations for a thirteen-nation coalition at the Combined Air Operations Center and leading large teams in various capacities, including at Electronic Attack Squadron 129 and VAQ 137. Educationally, Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy.
