Porter Johnson

Porter Johnson currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at The Cypress of Charlotte, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Porter worked as a Human Resources Manager at Best Impressions Caterers from March 2022 to September 2024, and as a Recruiter at Aerotek from May 2021 to March 2022, specializing in recruiting within the Manufacturing and Skilled Trades industry in the Charlotte, NC area. Porter also contributed to Clemson University as a Tour Guide with the Guides Association from September 2018 to May 2021, educating approximately 1,000 prospective students annually. Additionally, Porter held leadership roles in Tri Delta, serving as the Collegiate Chapter President and Philanthropy Chair, with significant accomplishments in fundraising for St. Jude. Porter graduated from Clemson University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
