Jamesia Kilpatrick

Jamesia Kilpatrick possesses extensive experience in community life and environmental services within the retirement sector. Currently serving as the Director of Community Life Services at The Cypress of Raleigh since September 2008, Jamesia oversees wellness programs, plans events for Members, produces a monthly newsletter and calendar, manages Member garden plots, and conducts new Member orientations. Prior to this role, Jamesia held the position of Director of Environmental Services and Housekeeping Supervisor at Magnolia Glen Retirement Community from September 2002 to September 2008. Academically, Jamesia holds two Master’s Degrees from Ashford University, one in Education with a concentration in Community and Family, and the other in Organizational Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Saint Augustine’s University.
