Shea Odom has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company since March 2014. Previous roles include Account Assistant at Harden and Underwriting Service Specialist at Zurich Insurance Services, where Shea managed insurance policies, processed transactions, and acted as a liaison between agents and underwriters across various states. Additional experience includes campaign support for a Jacksonville Mayoral Campaign, working as a Health and Life Insurance Agent, and a Public Relations Intern at Dalton Agency. Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Flagler College, earned in 2004.
