Prior to Cyprium, John Sinnenberg founded and served as CEO of Key Principal Partners from February 1998 to May 2011, a private equity firm focused on non-controlling investments, and Regis Capital Partners from September 1995 to December 2009. John's early career included a role as Managing Director at Barclays Capital Mezzanine Group from 1989 to 1995. Additionally, John Sinnenberg has been actively involved in the EDWINS Foundation since 2014, serving as chair of the board, which supports the Edwins Leadership and Restaurant Institute. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
