Mehmet Toycan

Vice Rector at Cyprus International University

Mehmet Toycan is the current Vice Rector at Cyprus International University. Mehmet was previously the Senior Team Leader of Steward Team at the University of Essex Students' Union from February 2006 to September 2009.
