Mehmet Toycan is the current Vice Rector at Cyprus International University. Mehmet was previously the Senior Team Leader of Steward Team at the University of Essex Students' Union from February 2006 to September 2009. Mehmet was also a Research Fellow at the University of Essex from September 2005 to September 2009.
Mehmet Toycan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University. Mehmet went on to earn a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Essex. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Essex.
