Barak Zel has extensive work experience in customer success management and executive VIP department management. Barak currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at CYREBRO since June 2021. Before that, they worked for EL AL Israel Airlines for over a decade, starting in April 2008. During their time at EL AL, they held the role of Manager in the executive VIP department until January 2019.
Barak Zel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ruppin Academic Center between 2011 and 2014. In 2019 to 2020, they completed a Commercial Pilot Program and received a Certificate of Completion from the Aviator College of Aeronautical Science & Technology.
