Head of Cyber Threat Response at Cyrebro

Kfir Azoulay has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and digital forensics. Kfir is currently the Head of Cyber Threat Response at CYREBRO, a company that operates advanced Security Operation Centers (SOCs). Prior to this role, they served as the DFIR Team Leader at CyberHat, where they were responsible for managing a team of hackers, analysts, and cyber experts and operating the world's first managed Smart SOC - CYREBRO. Kfir also worked as an IR and Malware Analyst at CYREBRO.

Before joining CYREBRO, Kfir worked as a freelance instructor and Computer & Mobile Forensic Investigator, specializing in computer forensics, forensic imaging, mobile device forensic investigation, and digital forensic examination and analysis. Kfir also served as the Manager of Cyber and Forensic Investigations at Force Majeure and the Manager of Cyber Investigations & Digital Forensics at Bis-tec.

Kfir began their career in the IDF, where they held the position of Head of Computer Forensics Department, commanding the Computer Forensics Lab. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Developer & SEO at Lotto MLM, where they developed the management system, handled accounts monetary calculations, and maintained and optimized the company's website.

Kfir Azoulay attended Hebrew Gymnasia Jerusalem from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several from various institutions. In 2014, they earned the Cellebrite Certified Logical Operator (CCLO) certification and the Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA) certification from Cellebrite. In 2015, they obtained the Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) certification and the Cellebrite JTAG Extraction and Decoding (CJED) certification, also from Cellebrite. Kfir Azoulay also received training in Fraud Investigation from the Criminal Investigations Department - IDF in March 2011. In addition, they completed the EnCase Computer Forensics I and EnCase Computer Forensics II courses offered by Guidance Software in 2011. Kfir also obtained the UFED Physical Pro certification from Cellebrite in the same year. Furthermore, Kfir Azoulay became a Computer Forensics Examiner through the Criminal Investigations Department - IDF in 2010. Lastly, they obtained the GIAC Cloud Forensics Responder (GCFR) certification from GIAC Certifications in May 2023.
