Yossi Gabay

Yossi Gabay has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Yossi started their career in 1996 with the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where they held roles in project management and IT management. Later, they served as the Head of Cyber and CIO, managing IT infrastructure services. From 2005 to 2008, Yossi was the Head of an elite R&D Unit in the Israel Defense Forces, responsible for developing complex software systems. In 2008, they joined XOR as the VP of Business Development and Cyber. Yossi then worked at Bank Leumi from 2010 to 2013, leading the digital and technological development department. In 2013, Yossi co-founded CYREBRO and became the Director. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Technology at Dan Hotels Israel.

Yossi Gabay completed an Engineer's degree in Electronic Engineering from Lev Academic Center in the years 1988 to 1992. Yossi then pursued a Master's Degree in Communication and Technology in Education from Bar-Ilan University from 1993 to 1997. In 2000, Yossi attended the Israel Army IDF- The Interdepartmental College for Command and Headquarters, where they received the rank of Lieutenant Colonel through academic-military education. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2008.
