Rogério Melzi

Rogério Melzi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of TAB - The Advisory Board since April 2025, Melzi also holds board membership positions at Opy Health, Medsystems, +A Educação, and Hospital Care, where involvement spans over several years. Notably, Melzi has been the Co-Chairman of the Board at Cyrela since March 2015 and served as the CEO at Estácio from June 2008 to June 2016. Previous roles include Director at Suzano from 2005 to 2008 and Senior Manager at AB InBev Brasil from 2001 to 2005. Melzi holds an MBA in Business Administration from Stanford University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
