Garden And Volunteer Wellbeing Coordinator at Cyrenians

Laura Mulcahy serves as the Garden and Volunteer Wellbeing Coordinator at Cyrenians since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing community payback teams in the maintenance of a walled garden. Previously, Laura worked as a Lead Support Worker at Blackwoods Group from December 2011 to July 2022, as well as a Support Worker at Autism Initiatives UK from September 2010 to December 2011. Experience also includes roles at Lightbulb Arts as an Art Workshop Assistant, and as a Fundraising Co-ordinator for Save Ewrasac, successfully raising funds and awareness for the Edinburgh Women's Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre. Laura’s educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling from The University of Edinburgh, a Level 2 Certificate in Floristry from Forth Valley College, and other qualifications in social services and horticulture.
