Rittika Bhattacharjya

Rittika Bhattacharjya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychology and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CYRES Consulting, Rittika specializes in end-to-end recruitment, conducting interviews, and defining HR policies while engaging with cross-functional teams. As the Founder and Counseling Psychologist at Elysium Minds, Rittika has focused on supporting children with special needs through assessments and individualized education plans. Previous roles include serving as a PLC Counselor at VIBGYOR Group of Schools and a Child Psychologist at Mom's Belief, where Rittika worked closely with children and their parents.
