Ratnadeep Roychowdhury

Ratnadeep Roychowdhury is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and private equity. Currently serving as a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas since September 2024, Ratnadeep previously held significant roles at Nishith Desai Associates from June 2021 to September 2024 as Co-head of Private Equity and Sovereign Wealth Funds and Leader of M&A and PE. Prior to this, Ratnadeep was the Head of India Legal at Actis from August 2017 to September 2024. Ratnadeep also contributed to AZB & Partners, serving as a Partner from October 2015 to September 2017 and as an Associate from 2011 to 2015. Earlier experience includes positions at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, where Ratnadeep worked as an Associate and Attorney from 2007 to 2011.
