Vaibhav Ganjiwale

Vaibhav Ganjiwale has a diverse work experience spanning various legal roles and organizations. Starting in 2009, they worked as an intern at Trilegal and ELP. In 2010, they interned at AZB & Partners and Wadia Ghandy & Co., and also worked as a Research Associate at the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy.

From 2011 to 2014, Ganjiwale served as an Associate at Khaitan & Co., before joining IndusLaw as an Associate from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they gained extensive experience in the legal field.

In 2016, Ganjiwale became a Teaching Associate at Nalsar University of Law, where they assisted professors in conducting courses on commercial laws for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Vaibhav also taught elective credit courses on laws regulating commercial transactions.

In 2016, they joined the Ministry of Law and Justice as a Researcher, where they were part of a team that conducted India's first-ever evidence-based study on reforms at National Law Universities. Ganjiwale's most recent position was at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where they served as the Head of Learning and Development. In this role, they were responsible for conceptualizing and coordinating the delivery of knowledge offerings to lawyers and clients of the firm. Vaibhav also played a crucial role in coordinating CAM Gurukul, a learning academy that offered structured blended learning modules to clients.

Vaibhav Ganjiwale completed a Certificate Course on Leading Professional Service Firms at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2021. Vaibhav also earned a Master of Laws - LLM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree in Law from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad between 2006 and 2011. Vaibhav completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Maths and Science at Scholars' Home Public School, Bhopal.
