Vivek Kathpalia

Vivek Kathpalia has a diverse work experience in the legal sector. Vivek started their career as a Solicitor at Jehangir Gulabbhai & Bilimoria & Daruwalla in 1996 and worked there until 2002. Following that, they joined Nishith Desai Associates as a Partner, where they held the role for almost 19 years, until September 2021. Currently, Vivek holds the position of Managing Director & CEO- Singapore at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, starting from December 2021.

Vivek Kathpalia attended Modern School from 1989 to 1993 for their high school education. Vivek then went on to study at Lawrence School Sanawar from 1985 to 1989. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they attended Government Law College, Mumbai from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. In 2002, Vivek Kathpalia became a Solicitor after completing their education at Bombay High Court.
