Leslie Smithart

Leslie Smithart, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CyrusOne, a position held since May 2015, following roles including Sr. Director of Human Resources and Sr. HR Business Partner. In these capacities, Leslie has supported the Executive Leadership team with a focus on employee relations, organizational design, sales compensation design, talent management, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Leslie worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist II at Labinal from August 2007 to May 2015, where responsibilities included workforce planning, recruiting, compliance, and career transition. Leslie holds a BBA in Human Resources and Psychology from the University of North Texas, completed between 2003 and 2007.
