Clément Musanger

Clément Musanger has a diverse work experience, with their most recent positions being with CYSEC and CYSAT as a Space Business Intelligence Analyst and Coordinator, respectively. Prior to that, they served as a Reserve OF-1 for the French Navy, where they underwent military training and gained experience in commanding, leadership exercises, and naval operations. Clément also worked as a Trainee at the consular section of the French Embassy in Romania, and as an Employee and Worker at Société Atlantique de Mariculture (SATMAR).

Clément Musanger began their education in 2017 at the University of Caen Normandie, where they pursued a French "Classe Préparatoire" degree in Literature until 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they attended Sciences Po Strasbourg, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Governance. During this time, they also studied Economics and Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Strasbourg (FSEG) from 2020 to 2021, and participated in an Erasmus program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2021. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Clément pursued a Master 2 degree in European Security and International Stability at Sciences Po Strasbourg.

In addition to their formal education, Clément has obtained several certifications. These include the Brevet d’Initiation à l’Aéronautique (BIA) from the Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile in July 2023, the Certificat de formation MOOC cours de stratégie from the École de guerre in February 2023, the Certificat MOOC SecNum Académie from the ANSSI (Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information) in December 2022, the Certificat de formation "la protection du secret de la défense nationale" from DRSD in October 2022, the Permis bateau de plaisance option côtière from the Agence Nationale des Titres Sécurisés - ANTS in June 2022, the ITI MAKErS certificate from Université de Strasbourg in December 2021, the OLS language assessment in English (B2) from Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation in June 2021, and the Permis de conduire catégorie B from the Agence Nationale des Titres Sécurisés - ANTS in August 2018.
