Colleen Quinn Kelly

Colleen Quinn Kelly currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since June 2023. Previously, Colleen held various leadership roles at Optum from March 2018 to June 2023, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing data analytics, recruiting processes, and project management related to mergers and acquisitions. Colleen's expertise in change management was demonstrated through roles as a Change Practitioner in the People Team, leading efforts for international HR systems integration and the restructuring of OptumInsight. Prior experience also includes serving as Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Director at The Advisory Board Company, contributing to talent navigation and support post-acquisition by OptumInsight. Colleen earned a B.A. in English from Emory University from 1991 to 1995.
