Diane Klein

Diane Klein has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and leadership development. Diane has served in senior roles at various organizations, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where they currently work as the Senior Director, Human Resource Business Partners. In this role, they manage a team and partners with key HR functions to drive a positive and inclusive culture. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at BBYO, where they implemented strategic HR initiatives and processes. Diane also has experience at Enviva LP, Cisco, MCI/WorldCom, and CMS, where they held various HR leadership positions and contributed to organizational growth and development.

Diane Klein holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Georgia State University. Diane also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
