Gayle Demsher

Gayle Demsher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beauty and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Cystic Fibrosis Guild President and Board Member at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since 2004, Gayle has successfully chaired the Annual Black Tie Event, raising over $2.5 million in three years. Prior roles include SDP-Salon Development Partner at Aveda, National Sales & Education Director at Katherine Cosmetics, where significant accomplishments included launching a cosmetic brand and developing training programs for sales teams, and various positions at Estée Lauder, including launching the Online Division Team. Gayle's early career involved account management roles at Nordstrom and Robinsons, contributing to substantial retail sales growth. Gayle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University.
