Liz Anderer

Liz Anderer, MS, PHR, is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a robust background in HR leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Liz has previously held senior positions at Vertex Inc., including Senior Strategic HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes roles at Penn Medicine as Human Resources Manager for Corporate Services and various leadership positions at Hibu, where responsibilities included overseeing employee relations and organizational design. Liz began the HR career as an Account Executive at Spherion. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
