Ariel Hill-Davis is an accomplished government affairs professional with extensive experience in advocacy and policy development. Currently serving as Director and Head of Government Affairs for North America at Solvay since June 2021, Ariel also holds the position of Founder and Director of Policy at Republican Women for Progress, an organization dedicated to empowering women in government relations. Previous roles include Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at the Industrial Minerals Association - North America, and Vice President of Industry & Regulatory Affairs at both the Industrial Minerals Association and National Industrial Sand Association. Ariel's career began as a Staff Assistant to U.S. Representative Mike Castle, and includes significant contributions to policy formulation and strategic outreach across various organizations. Ariel holds a Master's degree in Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
