William McCombe

William McCombe serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cytek Biosciences, leading the global finance organization and encompassing a broad range of financial activities. Previously, William was the Chief Financial Officer at VELO3D, where innovative solutions for 3D metal printing were developed. William also held the CFO position at HZO, managing all financial functions and responsibilities including governance and legal oversight. At Maxar Technologies, William served as Executive Vice President and CFO, overseeing financial aspects of a publicly traded space technology firm. Earlier in William’s career, as Senior Vice President of Finance and Legal at SSL (Space Systems Loral), oversight of financial and legal operations was managed for the leading commercial satellite manufacturer. William holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
