Anagha Chaphalkar

Anagha Chaphalkar has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Anagha worked as a Consultant at Ma Foi Management Consultants from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they joined BCS as a Consultant from 2003 to 2007. Anagha then moved to BioAnalytical Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager of HR from 2007 to 2014. Currently, they are the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Cytel Statistical Software & Services Pvt. Ltd., a position they have held since 2014. In their current role, they oversee HR operations in India, Singapore, China, and Australia. Additionally, they serve as a strategic HR business partner for various key business units within the organization on a global scale.

Anagha Chaphalkar completed their PGDM degree in MIS / HR from the Institue of Management Development and Research from 1995 to 1997. Anagha then pursued a Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice at the KAVERI Group of Institutes, Pune from 2014 to 2015.
