Katie Stanley

Katie Stanley has extensive work experience in business development and account management. Katie is currently working at Cytel as the Director of Business Development, where they manage partnerships and strategic account development for biotech clients in the Northeast. Their responsibilities include translating customer requirements into proposal and bid defense strategies, fostering client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. Prior to their current role, Katie was an Associate Director of Business Development at Cytel.

Before joining Cytel, Katie worked as a Business Development Manager at BioPoint from 2019 to 2021. Katie also has experience at Randstad Sourceright, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Account Coordinator at Atrium from 2014 to 2015.

Katie Stanley pursued their education at Suffolk University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Babson College from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their area of focus during their MBA program was Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
