Marco Ghiani

Marco Ghiani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marco currently holds the position of Head of Real World Evidence Germany at Cytel starting from August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Principal, Integrated Real World Evidence Solutions at IQVIA from January 2023 to August 2023. From April 2021 to January 2023, they served as Director & Research Principal, Real-World Analytics at Cytel. Before that, they worked at Ingress-health where they held multiple positions including Office Lead from September 2019 to April 2021, Research Consultant from October 2018 to August 2019, and Research Associate from July 2018 to October 2018. Marco began their career as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Boston College from September 2013 to May 2018.

Marco Ghiani completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economics from Boston College between 2013 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts - MA in Economics from Collegio Carlo Alberto between 2010 and 2012. Earlier in their educational journey, they obtained a Master of Arts - MA in Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino.
