Nelia Padilla

Nelia Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nelia currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategy and Operations for the Therapeutics Development Team at Cytel, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Venture Affiliate at Boston Millennia Partners since July 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Senior Vice President of Precision Medicine at GNS Healthcare, where they played a crucial role in defining the company's commercialization strategy.

Before joining GNS Healthcare, Nelia worked at IQVIA from 2015 to 2019 in various roles, including Vice President of Global Services and Global Lead of Digital Health, as well as Vice President of Advisory Services.
