Andreas H.

Andreas H. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andreas is currently serving as the Interim CFO at CYTENA, where they focus on the leadership and development of the finance team, management and optimization of financial aspects, and group reporting and analysis. Prior to this, they were the General Manager of Shared Services at SRH Shared Services GmbH, leading the Finance & Payroll Shared Services Center for a group of charitable trust organizations. Andreas also has a significant background with Roche, where they held various roles including Global Business Process Manager, Head of Supply Chain Accounting, Head of Cross Functional Accounting, and Management Accountant. Andreas started their career at Endress+Hauser Group as a Management Accountant.

Andreas H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Engineering from the University for Applied Science Aalen in Germany between 1996 and 2000. Andreas then pursued further education and earned a certification as a Certified Accountant from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Germany from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Taxes.

In addition to their formal education, Andreas H. has obtained various professional certifications. Andreas achieved the Toyota Production System TPS Grade IV certification from Toyota Engineering Corporation (TEC) in December 2022. Andreas also earned the Professional Product Owner (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certifications from Scrum.org in November 2022.

Andreas H. has further certifications in Business Ethics, obtained from the Thales-Akademie in Cooperation with University Freiburg in July 2020. Andreas also holds the Strategieberater Engpasskonzentrierte Strategie nach Wolfgang Mewes certification from EKS-Akademie GmbH, acquired in January 2019. In May 2017, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from Roche. Andreas H. is also a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, certified by CMC Partnership in July 2016.
