Jeff Silva

Jeff Silva has extensive work experience in program management, project management, and engineering support in various manufacturing companies. Jeff is currently working at Cytiva as a Principal Program Manager, leading manufacturing improvement and expansion projects. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Shawmut Corporation, overseeing the manufacturing of N95 respirators. Before that, they worked at Aspen Aerogels, where they held roles as an Engineering Program & Project Manager and an Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager. In their early career, Jeff was a Senior Environmental Engineer at Medtronic, providing EH&S oversight and support to multiple medical device manufacturing operations.

Jeff Silva has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in the same field from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, they are a Registered Professional Engineer, certified by the RI Board for Design Professionals in 1999.
