Joel Weber

Joel Weber has extensive work experience in process engineering and manufacturing roles. Joel started their career as a Process Engineer at Celanese in 1992, where they completed various projects and gained expertise in chemical engineering and process safety analysis. In 2004, they joined Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials as a Senior Process Engineer, providing support to the Microelectronics market. From 2007 to 2023, Joel worked at Pall Corporation and Cytiva, both Danaher Operating Companies. In these roles, they focused on sustaining improvements in quality and yield for filter-media manufacturing processes, utilizing the Danaher Business System. Joel also collaborated with customers and suppliers to reduce variability and enhance end-user outcomes.

Joel Weber obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Joel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Houston at Clear Lake, completing their studies from 1993 to 1996. Prior to their university education, Joel attended The Kinkaid School until 1987.
