Kevin Fitzgerald

Kevin Fitzgerald currently serves as Vice President & General Counsel at Cytiva, having begun this role in April 2023, after previously holding the position of Associate General Counsel for Bioprocess. Prior to Cytiva, Kevin worked at Leica Microsystems from May 2019 to April 2023 as Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel for the Americas & APAC, managing a team to support commercial and operational functions across multiple regions. Kevin also served as Counsel for Business Legal at AbbVie from May 2015 to May 2019 and was an Associate at Jones Day in the antitrust practice group from October 2010 to May 2015. Earlier in Kevin's career, a project assistant position was held at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from 2006 to 2007. Kevin holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School (2010) and a B.A. in Economics, Philosophy, and History from the University of Dayton (2006).
