Marcin Pawlak

Marcin Pawlak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Solution Architect at Cytiva since January 2023, Marcin previously held the position of Force.com Team Leader at Craftware from February 2012 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing complex Salesforce implementations, leading a development team, and ensuring high development standards. Prior to Craftware, Marcin worked as a Salesforce.com Team Leader at Roche and as a Java Consultant at Outbox, with an earlier role as a Programmer at Globema. Marcin is an alumnus of Warsaw University of Technology, graduating in 2007.
