Al Pan

Al Pan is a finance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance for R&D and Commercial Supply Chain at Cytokinetics since January 2022, Al Pan previously held multiple roles at Genentech from 2003 to January 2022, including Director of Product Development Finance, focusing on oncology and leading financial efforts for Cancer Immunotherapy and gastrointestinal cancers. Prior positions at Genentech also included Associate Director and Senior Finance Manager, overseeing various aspects of product development finance and commercial finance. Al Pan's earlier career includes experience in finance at AMD and engineering at ASE Group. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
