Lynne Parshall

Lynne Parshall is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently, Lynne serves as a Board Member at Foghorn Therapeutics Inc., Ring Therapeutics, Repertoire Immune Medicines, and Cytokinetics, where Lynne chairs the Audit Committee and participates in various governance committees. As Chief Executive Officer at Lyme Pinnacle, Inc., Lynne has demonstrated leadership in strategic advisory roles, offering insights on corporate and financial strategy to senior executives. With a background as COO, CFO, and General Counsel at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Lynne has played a critical role in the company’s development since 1991, including participation in the formation of Akcea Therapeutics, Inc. and overseeing its IPO. Lynne's legal expertise was honed as a Partner at Cooley LLP, where Lynne managed the biotechnology practice group.
