Nicole Lapuyade

Technical Scientist 1 - Protein Engineering at CytomX

Nicole Lapuyade has extensive work experience in the field of biotechnology and wellness. Nicole is currently working as an Integrative Wellness Coach at CIIS Wellness Center since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CytomX Therapeutics as a Technical Scientist 1 - Protein Engineering from November 2012 onwards.

Before joining CytomX Therapeutics, Nicole served as a Sr. Research Associate at Takeda SF from June 2009 to July 2012. In this role, they were involved in the development and evaluation of a proprietary mammalian expression system and also participated in the development of a site-specific antibody drug conjugate technology program.

Nicole gained valuable experience as a Scientist - Protein Expression at Rinat Neuroscience from August 2007 to May 2009. Nicole'sresponsibilities included mammalian vector construction, generation of stable cell lines, and maintenance of cell lines.

Prior to Rinat Neuroscience, Nicole worked as a Research Associate III at Vaxgen from 1999 to January 2007. In this role, they performed Toxin Neutralization and other cell-based assays in support of the Anthrax vaccine clinical trials. Nicole also maintained cell lines and prepared cultures for assays.

Nicole's earliest work experience was as a Lab Tech at Coulter Pharmaceuticals in 1998.

Overall, Nicole Lapuyade has a diverse background encompassing technical scientific roles, research, and lab work in the biotechnology industry, and they currently specialize in wellness coaching.

Nicole Lapuyade obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Nicole then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Health at the California Institute of Integral Studies from 2019 to 2023.
