Pete Mariani

Pete Mariani currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at CytoSorbents Corporation since August 2024 and as a Financial and Corporate Strategic Advisor in an independent capacity since December 2023. Prior to these roles, Pete held significant leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Axogen from March 2016 to December 2023 and Chief Financial Officer at LENSAR, LLC from July 2014 to January 2016. Pete also served as Chief Financial Officer at Hansen Medical from June 2011 to June 2014. Pete Mariani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, completing the program in January 1987.
