Hunter Stevenson has diverse work experience in engineering and academia. From 2019 to present, Hunter worked at Cytovale as an Engineering Manager, where they prioritized R&D projects, presented findings to stakeholders, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, from 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Biomedical Engineer at Cytovale, leading design verification and clinical validation studies and managing a team for product development. Before joining Cytovale, Hunter was a PHD Candidate at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Kang Chiao International School from 2014 to 2015.
Hunter Stevenson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Saint Louis University in the years 2010 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Fundamentals of Deep Learning for Computer Vision" from NVIDIA in August 2018 and in "Machine Learning" from Coursera in July 2018.
