Brent van Rite

Brent Van Rite is a seasoned professional in the biomanufacturing field, currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing at Cytovance Biologics since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at Tergus Pharma and Vice President of CCM at Aragen Biosciences. Brent also held significant positions at Northway Biotechpharma as Director of Manufacturing and at Cytovance Biologics, progressing from Associate Director of Manufacturing to Manufacturing Manager over eight years. Early career experience includes work as a Downstream Supervisor at the University of Oklahoma and as a Graduate Research Assistant, where research focused on enzyme prodrug systems for targeting solid tumors. Brent earned a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
