Joel Bauman

Joel Bauman is an advisor at Cyvatar and a previous director on the board of directors at Gamalon. Joel also has extensive experience in corporate development, having served as VP of Corp and Bus Dev at Cylance, Inc. and as Director of Corporate Development at McAfee. At Cylance, they were responsible for leading all Corporate and Business Development initiatives, including M&A, inbound licensing, outbound licensing, channel development, and other forms of partnership. Joel was also responsible for completing numerous acquisitions, such as ValidEdge, Insightix, Nitro Security, Sentrigo, InternetSafety.com, MXLogic, Endeavor Security, and Lockdown Networks.

Joel Bauman's educational career includes earning an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, an MRP in Regional Planning from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA from Duke University.
