Selin started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Turkey and transferred to PwC’s Silicon Valley practice late 2000. She spent her PwC career working on companies ranging from venture-backed start-up companies to initial public offerings to large, multinational public companies. Selin has experience in evaluating and understanding SEC reporting requirements, managing highly complex transactions and special projects, including, implementation of compliance processes, carve-outs and initial public offerings, and evaluating internal controls. She has assisted many companies with the optimization of their SOX 404 compliance program, performing the control rationalization and designing the financial close and consolidation processes, including developing policies, and procedures.
