Aditi Mudholkar

Aditi Mudholkar, ACC, is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Cyware, leading the HR function for the India Geography and overseeing all HR aspects including talent acquisition and employee engagement since September 2024. Prior to this position, Aditi served as the Head of HR at COWRKS, where the company achieved certification as a Great Place to Work. Aditi's extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Milestone Inc., Lead of Organizational Development and HR Business Partner at Microland Limited, and Deputy Manager of Corporate HR at Aircel. Aditi began the career as an Assistant Manager in Sales HR at Pramerica Life Insurance and undertook earlier roles including a Summer Management Trainee at Siemens Ltd. and a Faculty Member at NIIT. Aditi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
