Melynda Kite

Melynda Kite has extensive experience in human resources, holding various senior roles throughout their career. Melynda is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Addison Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AIM Consulting Group starting from June 2019. From October 2017 to June 2019, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Launch Consulting Group. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting at Teleion Consulting, LLC from December 2011 to October 2017. Melynda also gained experience as a Senior Generalist of Human Resources at Sea-Bird Scientific from May 2010 to December 2011, and as a Generalist of Human Resources at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions from May 2008 to April 2010.

Melynda Kite obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Washington in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Anthropology, from Western Washington University in 2008. In 2006, they completed their Associate of Arts degree at Skagit Valley College. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
