Emma Lehman

Emma Lehman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Emma currently holds the position of Senior Manager in Revenue Operations at Cyware since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Cyware, Emma worked at Aurea Software from August 2017 to January 2022. Emma held the role of Commercial Operations and was responsible for designing, documenting, and building sales and customer success processes. Emma also implemented and administered sales tool stack and continuously evaluated new tools for productivity optimization.

From May 2015 to August 2019, Emma worked at QuotaFactory as Director of Sales Operations. Their responsibilities included managing customer implementations, building internal sales operations, and creating presentations and materials for progress meetings. Emma also served as a Manager of Customer Success at QuotaFactory from October 2013 to May 2015, where they consulted startups to Fortune 500 companies on sales development strategies.

Emma also has experience as a Property Manager & Landlord at Lehman Group from August 2008 to August 2018. Emma worked as a Team Lead in Training & Development at AG Salesworks from April 2013 to October 2013 and as a Business Development Representative from January 2012 to April 2013. Additionally, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Quality Contour from May 2011 to January 2012.

During their time at the University of Minnesota Duluth from September 2007 to December 2011, Emma was a Student and also served as a UMD Statesman Advertising Representative. Emma marketed and sold ad space for the school newspaper.

From May 2011 to September 2011, Emma worked as a Marketing & Sales Intern and Server at Nicollet Inn. Their responsibilities included creating promotional tools, planning events, and providing fine dining services.

To gain industry experience, Emma worked as an IMAC/Deskside Support Intern at IBM Global Services/Ameriprise Financial from May 2008 to August 2010.

Emma Lehman attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing. Additionally, in 2010, they had a study abroad experience at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, although they did not earn a degree during this time.
