Willem Ligtenberg

Willem Ligtenberg is an accomplished AI Architect at CZ since January 2024 and the Owner of 42Analytics since November 2019. Previous roles include Senior Data Scientist and Consultant at Linksight MPC from March 2022 to December 2023, as well as a Senior Data Scientist at CZ from November 2017 to November 2019. Willem also gained experience as a Data Scientist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from December 2016 to September 2017, focusing on developing a data analysis platform for generic drug development. Prior positions include Biostatistics Consultant at OpenAnalytics from September 2010 to November 2016 and completing an unfinished PhD on Network Theory in Biology at Eindhoven University of Technology between March 2006 and September 2010. Willem holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and an MSc in Bioinformatics from the University of Glasgow, alongside certifications in Data Carpentry instruction.
