Mary Muliett

Mary Muliett is the current CEO and President at D.A. Blodgett - St. John's. Mary has previously worked as the Vice President of Community Services at Samaritas from June 2008 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for a 13-million-dollar budget with oversight of seven directors and twelve programs supporting just under 400 employees. Mary also oversaw approximately 40 sites across the State of Michigan that served approximately 6,000 individuals and families.

The service lines that they oversaw included Behavioral Health (CMH contracts, State of Michigan contracts, and outpatient third party billing), Affordable Housing for seniors and families (HUD subsidized, and tax credit properties), Developmental/Intellectual Disability Services (Adult Foster Care homes, & in-home services), Family Center (Family shelter & services including TEFAP food program), Heartline (women prison re-entry program), and Saginaw Community Center (soup kitchen, after school and work readiness programming).

Mary has experience networking with multiple partners such as the Michigan MiCare Council, Lutheran Services of America, Federation for Children and Families, national franchises, multiple Community Mental Health Authorities across Michigan, The Michigan Department of Health and Human Service, HUD (US Department of Housing & Urban Development), the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), as well as other contracts, regulatory, provider and coordinating entities for all programming.

Mary Muliett has a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Western Michigan University. Mary is currently a social worker.
